PUBLIC USE NOTICE

Ravenna Public Schools’ grounds and facilities are available to its patrons for non-commercial use. This includes the weight room, track, and school facilities. Use of the facilities is available by completing a “Facility Use Form” available through the Ravenna High School Office, paying an issuance fee, and providing a certificate of insurance, naming the school as an “additional insured.”

Patrons wishing to utilize the facility for non-commercial use should contact the Ravenna High School Office for more information. Patrons who currently have “electronic access cards” to the school facilities or weight room for this purpose will not need to reapply for use of the facilities, as their usage agreement was extended through August 1, 2022, due to the closure of the school’s facilities to the public during the pandemic.

This public use notice does NOT apply to patrons who are intermittently utilizing the school’s track for walking, jogging, and running. Patrons wishing to use the track in this manner do NOT need a facility usage agreement. Please contact Superintendent Ken Schroeder at 308-452-3249, if you have any questions pertaining to this notice or need assistance accessing the facilities.
