The School Board is the policy-making body of the District. School Board Members serve staggered four-year terms.

Regular meetings of the Board of Education for the Ravenna Public Schools are held on the second Monday of each month.
The meetings will be held in the High School Library (unless posted otherwise) and all meetings are open to the public.
The Board reserves the right to go into closed session on any agenda item for the protection of public interest or needless injury to the reputation of an individual. Closed session items may not necessarily be posted on the agenda.
