Text Message Troubleshooting

If you are having problems receiving text messages, please first log in to the infinite campus portal and verify that your contact information is correct. If it is not, please contact the school to have it changed. If it is correct and still not working, please perform the following:

Send a text that states "START" to 91201.

a. If you do NOT get a response back, please contact your carrier and ask if premium messaging is blocked on the account or if there is any reason why you would not be able to receive text messages from 91201.

b. If you receive a response, you will be asked to respond "YES" to confirm. After responding, you should then receive text messages. If not, contact the school for further support.
